Finding the right support

You may be reaching out about relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting, career stress or a life transition. What to expect in counseling

During counseling sessions, we discuss your reasons for coming, your current concerns and challenges, and your strengths and goals. Together we explore your feelings, needs and options. Regular sessions are 55 minutes, with a 75-minute option for couples counseling, EMDR sessions and other specialized work.
